We hired Alan and Sean as SIA Door Supervisors for our music event at Manchester Cathedral. As an experienced ex-police and SIA myself, I can happily say that they gave an excellent service. They called an ambulance swiftly and without hesitation for a first aid incident, used their pocket note books with precision and provided friendly customer service to our guests. The remained vigilant, having good communication via radio transmissions and keeping guard of the doors. They challenged abusive behaviour appropriately and cracked good jokes with our enthusiastic guests. They discussed their public liability insurance with us and dressed professionally for the event. They worked effectively as per SIA guidelines, making my team feel very safe and supported. Thanks again guys. ~ Gemma H
